在网上订的房间，到了总台，又让交押金，又拿着身份证证去警务站登记！回到总台又说查不到订单号，前前后后在大厅等了近一个小时！电视是坏的，浴霸不亮，没有热水，只有一个床头灯是亮的，我们住的是402/403，感觉还不如家庭旅馆/招待所，开水都没有
