第1，2天入住觉得性价比高，艺龙订房标间119一天，返还后60一天，第3天因定不上，我跟前台说60一天，她默认给我入住，结果退房两个房间238，建议跟顾客说明白，如果是119一天，我是不会订这个酒店的，给个差评，前台态度很恶劣。

去日照经常住这家酒店，发现越来越差了。卫生条件不见改善，服务态度也不好了。床没有床垫就两层布，晚上凉的腰疼，第二天找总台好说逮说加了一件被子也是没好态度，有个女服务员一直没抬头，没好气儿应付我，真让人失望?
