酒店应该是新装修的，设施还算新，唯一非常不满意的是，艺龙上提前预定的价钱竟然比当天现场订还要贵！！！太坑了，打电话跟艺龙的客服反应也无果，就以官方的理由推脱，淘宝上买东西还都可以退差价呢，太坑了，不会再用艺龙了！

卫生状况一般，地板有泥印，洗手间有未打扫干净的头发；酒店的被褥非常薄，由于国庆期间入住人多，竟然协调不来备用被褥，最后沟通多次，终于协调来；电话是坏的，入住后维修，门卡是坏的，入住后维修；前台一共两名工作人员，完全忙不过来，一边给我们办理入住退房等业务，一边打电话招聘前台工作人员！由于工作人员少，服务质量得不到保证，房间入住期间无人整理和打扫，客服在这点不如县城的宾馆，牙刷等无人管理和更换
