酒店试营业，所以它的健身房泳池都没开放；湖面上可以自己租船划，大堂可以租自行车；房间设施不错，就是位置有点远；周六入住的，当时给了一堆代金券，结果领啤酒的大堂吧就没有服务员，餐饮券是周一至周五可以使用，只有棋牌室可以用，带着孩子一张也没用！

到店之前电话前台确认有房，12点到了之后说正在打扫，让先去吃午饭，饭后肯定有房。2点过来说打扫了一半去打扫别的房间了，让继续等。头一次遇到这种情况，这就是挂四星宾馆的服务嘛？真逗逼！！

非常棒的体验！从一进大堂迎接我的真诚微笑开始，热情的帮我办理入住、行李推送、房间导航，房间非常干净、温馨，有新鲜采摘的鲜花、有准备的水果，还有撒了玫瑰花的天鹅毛巾，窗外的景色安静美好，清晨、傍晚工作之余出来透透气，空气很好。下次还会来入住的，下次带着运动装来，租个大堂的自行车来段骑行一定很棒！

环境不错，去之前专门打过电话晚到酒店，说好可以提供晚餐，到了后确没有饭吃又跑到很远的地方吃饭，本来位置就偏僻搞得很无语。

接待客户住在这里，反应很好，五莲终于有一家高档酒店了。酒店生意很好，来接客户的时候外面停了好几辆旅游大巴。推荐！

朋友住的，走的时候说很好，住在这种环境里很放松，服务更是周到，服务员看到喝酒了还扶着送到房间，还给烧好水送来蜂蜜水。以后有朋友来五莲肯定还住这里。
