这酒店的老板用的人都是严肃对待客人的，长期住在这两个多月了，经常抬头就见面，一个招呼也不打，爱理不理的。这管理从高层到看门的都是一个样，服务行业是从管理，经营素质和态度出效益的，这老板太有钱了，所以不在乎经营......
