环境不错，住宿服务还行。餐饮服务明显不行，大厅苍蝇多，酒杯中飞入苍蝇客人仅要求换一杯酒时，居然认为损害了酒店利益，辩称可能是客人自己在赶苍蝇时掉进去的，不承认错误，将饭费直接在住宿押金中扣除。
