设施有些老，礼品和水果不能主动给，要多次去要才不情愿的给，浴盆下水不畅。这些与四星酒店要求比还有待提高。另外艺龙旅行网的价格文字游戏有价格欺诈之嫌。客服态度非常差，不宜平台的持续发展。

从艺龙上订的，到酒店后，找酒店要订单里赠的礼品和水果，多次要才不情愿的给。不在东西多少，在乎的是这个四星酒店服务不匹配。另外艺龙酒店的文字游戏有价格欺诈嫌疑，服务质量也远不如以前的艺龙旅行网，更不要说跟其他平台比较了。以现在的服务质量说，无法与其他平台相比，难怪网络不搜都见不到艺龙旅行网的影子了。
