不得不说，酒店服务真好！从前台到后勤，总是那么不厌其烦！由于个人失误，拿错了电脑显示器到主机的连接线，抱着试试看的态度打电话向前台求助，信息部的小哥跑了两次，成功为我们免费提供了一台合适的显示器，解了我们的燃眉之急。在此向这位小哥及其它服务人员表达我们真诚的谢意！另外，酒店干净卫生，环境优美，距海边一路之隔，晚上出去散步都很方便！还有，早餐的牛肉糁很棒！

酒店位置在万平口景区北约三四公里，对面隔碧海路就是大海沙滩，周边环境干净整洁。停车场很大，自驾停车方便。我们入住别墅家庭房，车子直接停在了别墅房前的停车位。房间一大床一小床，完全满足了我们一家三口住宿休息所需。卫生整理和服务意识不错，弥补了装修有些陈旧的不足。酒店庭院花园式的布局，舒适惬意，餐后一家在别墅间林荫小路散散步，平和而温馨。习惯早餐简单清淡，感觉酒店提供的还不错。入住时，酒店赠送了水果拼盘，感谢！
