位置不错，环境优美，前台服务还可以，不同人服务态度截然不同，建议加强淘汰不好的服务人员。整体略有些生硬，希望可以更加热情一些。最后结账查房间有些慢。整体还是推荐入住的。

有个叫苏_的前台..我怀疑人品极度有问题，完全不听客人在说什么.说了一下孩子和孩子都在车里等着了麻烦快一点，.还不开心了，专票故意写错后面的信息，还不想让核对..幸好核对了，太心机了

酒店设施在当地应该是最好的，提个意见，卫生间不应该装感应灯，空调每次启动，感应灯跟着亮，影响睡眠。

第一次入住这家酒店不吹不黑，硬件品质还是不错的，新装修的设施，但总体达不到舒适级的水平。我是来出差的，早餐品种还可以，品质一般。两位阿姨很热情。前台的小妹需要加强服务意识，找我收了200元押金是怕我们消费了客房里的东西，但既然是信用住连房租押金都不用了，何况几包薯片几包方便面呢？特别感谢一下会计，借我打印机，这个四分服务里有你的功劳。
