这家饭店服务已经超过5星，甚至还比五星还好。前台主动把行李直接放到房间，晚上还特意赠送了水果和小吃还有酸奶。早餐的服务更是好。特别像北京五星大饭店里的管家式服务。房间干净又卫生，非常人性化，来日照一定要入住这家酒店，太温馨了。我们初三去的，因为满房还给我特意升级了楼层和房间。满满的都是爱心。谢谢 下次去日照还要入住这家酒店。不知还有哪个城市有这家酒店！新年快乐！

这次订的酒店，是我体验最好的一次酒店服务。先不说进店后服务生帮助拿了行李，就是前台递上的一杯热茶，让人感觉到回到家的温暖。处处都是微笑的服务，和暖心的问候，丰盛的早餐，谢谢您们给予了过年在外人们的温暖。忘了拍照片，下次补上。非常棒的一次体验。

酒店超乎想象的好，硬件设施不必说，主要说说软件设施—服务方面和超常服务方面！从进酒店大门开始，首先是热情的保安，指点附近的游玩景点；进了大堂，前台人员非常热情，柔声细语，随时与楼层服务员保持联系，入住5层，服务员亲自在电梯厅等候，房门已被服务员提前开启，入住后，酒店赠送了茶点，居然还有泡脚桶（花椒水可以去疲劳），哇哦，真的棒极了，住过很多酒店，这家店真的很用心！第二天到一层吃早饭，哇，别提服务多周到了，不是自助，而是配餐，牛奶、馄炖、小米粥、煮蛋、煎蛋，每人一份，每桌还有糕点，包子、蒸饺、油饼、咸鸭蛋、小咸菜，还有现炒菜，真的非常丰盛和热情，只会是你想不到，没有人家做不到！大赞！强烈推荐！超值的体验！

用早餐时坐在了空调吹风口下，服务员看到后过来用手试了下温度，把空调叶片调开
服务员打扫卫生时候，看到房间里的感冒药，送了梨子，还有泡脚桶
