总体来说还是不错的。距离老汽车站特别近，下车5分钟走过来。住的特价房子，处在楼体中部，虽然有窗户，但是跟没有一样，不见阳光。房间卫生干净，特价房的电视也很特价的感觉，能收到好几个不清楚的电视台，有小米遥控器，但是并没有电视盒子，空调漏水，晚上有噪音，估计是空调外机的声音。
