夏季入住人多时，同时洗浴高层没有冷热水、各房间中央空调制冷不明显，有房间单独又安装了挂壁空调，说明整个中央空调系统有严重缺陷、早餐一般，只是跟家庭早餐差不多、卫生间设施很陈旧。此酒店性价比一般，夏季价格偏贵，不适合居住。建议该酒店马上进行大整修，各设施的提升有利于性价比的提升，同时居住率也会提升。
