相对于这个价位还不错的酒店了，设施 环境 位置 都不错但是给我的体验来说刚到酒店前台的态度相对于其他酒店差的不是一点半点， 不过第二天的前台就不错 所以前台回影响很多尤其对酒店的第一印象。

携程定价196元的房间，实际支付196元，酒店只给开160的发票，还号称返现的部分不给开票，我就想问携程，你们这坑也太深了？不给开票就算了，还来一句，返现了？大早上我不想骂人，我就问一下，你们给谁返现了，一间房一天30元去哪里了？我分别是12.28日-12.29日196定了一天，12.29--1.1日196元定了3天，1.1-1.2日一天同样的房子涨到248元，共五天支付宝支付了1032元，你酒店给开863的发票，我就想问，剩下的钱返给谁了？酒店服务员凭什么怼我？
