宾馆离瑞金东高速出口不远，在叶坪景区旁，到景区很方便。到店后看了下房间才住下，属经济型酒店，被褥什么的挺干净，暖气也很足，性价比算可以。但酒店没有早餐供应，要自己去外面找。

初次来到革命老区，第一次遇上住酒店大堂服务员的平板脸，办理入住手续时间超久，住一般酒店就一两分钟办好的事。在她这等了有10多分钟，只敢弱弱的问一下，竟然说是鼠标的问题，真是无奈了！酒店二楼的餐厅也同样，菜单价高还不按菜单价，明确要求点中份菜收大份的钱，如此大胆坑客户，在国内也少见。感觉老区人很牛啊！酒店硬件差，价格高太高。房间尤其是卫生间简陋。以后来这个酒店真的是要三思啊！

当天订的，这种破宾馆快捷酒店都不如，拖鞋是塑料的，卫生间很破，最可恶的是房间翁翁直响，服务人员没法解决，这时换宾馆也不现实，只能将就住吧，提醒其他游客千万别选这家

环境不错，感觉挺干净的，就是床太软了睡不习惯。其它都挺好，交通很方便，离瑞金东高速出口近，离叶坪景区更近，就在隔壁

位置不错，在当地主要景点边上。停车位充足。
大厅有通宵的保安，很有安全感。

房间性价比还是不错的，装修老旧了点，床上潮气比较大，再就是服务员找各种理由不开发票，不建议在这里吃饭，服务员态度不好，价格还贵
