没见过这样的酒店，开房手续最少半个小时、退房用了半个小时以上，设施差的要命。很多房间设施都坏了。明明在网上订了房间付了款，还说查不到，乱的一塌糊涂，不知道同程网是怎么回事的，能把这样的酒店放在网上。明明住了二个晚上，一晚7个房间还发信息老说没入住。如果没入住，我网上还的钱谁拿去了，气死人了。非常不满意，差！差！差！
