私人承包的没有发票，不能刷卡！报艺龙入住居然告诉我说没听说过，我提出要发票总台回答说网上定的不给发票，要的话另加钱！一进房间厕所就是坏的，催了3次才有人来修，洗澡的水开始一直是冷的，询问前台说要等，于是放水不知多长时间，终于热了，但那不是热水，而是开水！温度不能调节。
