每年要出太多差，平均小半年都是住酒店，也从来没评价过，因茂县塌方堵车等非人为因素导致无法前往。一直和艺龙申请退房退费，酒店一直不同意。一直拖到晚上12点过才给我打电话过来明确回复说没法退。太不人性化，又不是我们的原因造成的，酒店的做法太恶心了。

整体不错，房间干净没异味，有停车场，酒店窗外就是草原，在房间就能看风景，性价比在旅游区算比较便宜的。酒店周围缺少餐饮，需要走比较远的路去找饭店。
