优点：酒店交通便利，对面是一条步行街，也不吵，周边环境蛮好的。缺点：1、洗澡水的龙头小的不行，开最热，才正好，洗脸池的热水压根就没有，然后水也是小到不行，想在洗脸池用热水搓毛巾，也是完全不能用的，没热水啊。 2、空调是坏的，一直是22度，多次调整至26度，过半小时还是很冷，再看遥控器，就没变动过，一直22度，只有开22度和关掉两种选择。。。 3、半夜楼上下水道特别响，一直哗啦哗啦的流水，睡着了被吵醒，关了卫生间门还是吵，打前台电话投诉，说来客服帮忙看看，结果，一晚上都没有来过人，然后挂电话后，又继续响了半个多小时，才停止，此时已经是凌晨两点了，用手机录了音，随便录录，都是清楚的不得了。这个酒店的价位在燕郊也不算便宜，但硬件设施实在差，服务也一般，下次不会再住了，同等价位的推荐丽枫，好很多，还是要选择连锁的酒店啊。
