房间不是太好，门坏了，用胶布粘的，难锁住，开开要很大力气去推开，卫生间是别人用剩下的卫生纸团，找服务人员要卫生纸团，说房间有不给，还有洗发露也是别人用掉的，就一点点，找服务员调房间，不给调。房间太差，以后不会再去住。

开房退房都碰到那个服务员，晕的要命，开房时间有个人订单找不到，就让我一直等，催了好几次也不先给我开房，等了不少于二十分钟，才给我开。退房时间又碰到这个让我头疼的人了，别人在退房查房在哪等，我让她让她给你退房通知查房又是等下，非要等着别人的办完才才同意给我查房，我真是晕死了，在这住了很多次了，怎么这次就碰到一个这样的人啊，这样的人都能放在服务台，这酒店是想关门大吉的节奏吧？
