本人参加福建省考，因这家酒店离考场很近（三明三中。所以入住。酒店的设施，卫生都听不错，对得起这个价钱。但是，发生了一个很不愉快的事情。本人入住的当天下午，我正在睡觉休息，突然门口传来一阵响声，一个人将我的房门推开了，我被惊醒，大声的问：谁在开门。开门的男性说不好意思走错房间了，没等我下床出去看，人就走了。等我走到门口，门已经被完全推开，门上的铁链被推断了。当时我就庆幸自己安全意识好，事先把门上的铁链扣上。如果不是铁链断裂的声音，我完全不知道有人进来。接着我打电话到总台告知发生的事情，总台客服说是因为我的入住信息没有被及时录入电脑，导致她们认为是空房。造成一个房间开给了两个人。总台客服只是说明了事情的原由，没有向我表示任何歉意，让我感到非常不满，我本想向他们经理投诉，但是考虑到第二天要参加考试，我放弃了，最后不了了之。今天我在微信上评价就是要让更多的消费者了解此事，不在像我一样吃亏。

家庭出游，定了一间双床房，一间大床房。不知道为啥区别这么大。大床房格局奇差无比，面积小，卫生间灯光坏了，烧开水的坏了，卫生也很差，感觉像几个月没打扫的一样。拖鞋都没有。前台说这个楼层的就是没有配备拖鞋。建议大家别选这个房型。
