作为服务行业，没有服务一切都是空谈。第一，入住后我感觉枕头有异味，要求更换枕套，期间遭受房务工作人员的冷嘲热讽，更换完之后未将枕头放回床上而是堆在床头柜上，然后摔门而去。第二，早上九点三十七去餐厅用餐，看到服务人员正在开始收餐，一般酒店都是十点之前可以用餐，我便拿起餐盘想吃点东西，但是服务人员当着我的面急急的把食物收起来，实在没见过这种服务态度恶劣的酒店！！！我只好放下餐盘离开。入住时并未有任何工作人员告知早餐时间！！真的住了这么多年的酒店，不管是旅馆还是五星，这种待遇真是终生难忘。垃圾酒店。因为是朋友的朋友开的才去住了几次，这次体验真是失望透顶！！
