酒店外部环境清幽，空气清新，适合度假；内部环境还有待提升，达不到四星标准，客房服务也不够人性化，因带小孩入住，客房里缺一双拖鞋，打总台电话让再送一双，居然说不能提供，这还是第一次遇到。
