酒店地处三亚湾，地理位置优越，出酒店50米就是海滩，下海游泳分分钟搞定。酒店停车场很大，车位充足（这也是此次入住椰海大酒店的重要原因）。周边1公里范围内餐饮、购物较放便。一层东北人餐厅菜品多、口味好、份量大。客房面积大，海景房可直观海岸美景，装修及设施一般，空调室外机装在阳台上，夜间噪音很大，影响休息。

这是第二次入驻了，感觉没前两年入驻的时候环境好，里面的配套设施太过老旧，还好周边环境好，在市区，出门就到沙滩

房间不错，推开玻璃门就看到大海，有停车场，位置很方便，换上泳装可以下海，出门走上几分钟就能吃到海蓝特色小吃。床很舒服，视野宽阔，晚上可以看到凤凰岛。
