该酒店除位置还可以，其它基本上一班班，晚一点入住就没热水了，在网上订好的，给果到了没有房了，说怕我不入住。最后就附近给我找了一间。

房间特别小，只有简单的床，桌子。一次性卫生用具，牙刷拖鞋，毛巾，洗漱用品都没有，热水也只是晚上六点以后才提供，老板态度也不好，要求送机结果收费比打车还要贵很多

酒店位置很好，就在西湖边上，去西湖及灵隐寺景区游玩非常方便；房间设施比较齐全，卫生也比较好；服务人员态度非常好，业务熟练；唯一的缺憾就是离地铁线稍远，出行不是很便利
