交通很方便，坐公车就到团结街口，走几百米就到了。服务员很热情，还免费升级了房间。四楼403，有一米八和一米的两张床，从阳台能看见凤凰岛。装修风格很独特，很满意。性价比很高。

天台的风景不错，一定要上楼顶很舒服，地理位置也好，还送凉粉吃。这样的价格性价比太高了。距离沙滩很近，走路两分钟就到了，附近吃饭很方便价格适中。
卫生有待提高，特别是蚊帐感觉很久没洗。建议不要蚊帐太多灰。
