总的来说，这个价格，这个地势，性价比特别不错。服务员有点钝钝的，但都是有求必应。优点是地势好，步行到夜梦长廊1分钟，一楼前台免费提供沙滩玩具和草帽，酒店风格也比较清新，卫生状况好。缺点是，周围在拆迁，周围环境有点煞风景，还有就是不能提供方便的免费停车。适合预算较为节省的选择。

非常满意的入住，离海边很近，出了巷子就是海边。
屋子布置非常有特色，很喜欢，好过那种千篇一律的大酒店太多。楼顶有地方可以晾衣服，除夕还送年糕，店门口卖椰子，很大，很好喝。
定的三人房，很好，三亚能定3人房的不多。
每天免费送水，一人一瓶，农夫山泉😊

淡季入住，价格合理，离海特别近，就是冲着这点入住的，店里有电梯，房间晾衣服不太方便。

98块钱能住这样的酒店真的太意外了，是自己家里建的私人宾馆，但是价格很便宜房间里的摆设和物品都和三星酒店一样，而且房间很大，太喜欢了，以后来三亚还去他们家住
