酒店房间小公主风格，孩子很喜欢，还有配套的游乐场，水上乐园，酒店区域内包含各种饭店，还有商场，唯一缺点就是不靠海

带着父母一起住的棕榈仙子双卧套房，但是其中一间双床房没有窗户，卧室的空调出风口也都正对头，这个还是不太合理，不知道其他的套间会不会不一样。带着孩子还是比较推荐这里，有室内游乐场和水上乐园，还看了捉妖记，除了春节期间价格翻倍，早餐排队较长外，总体还是满意的

订了两个套间，因为突发疾病不能活动，出示了各种证明，然后艺龙方沟通不良，代理的酒店方更是没有人情味，同意扣除利润退房也不肯，白白浪费上万的房费，最后没有入住。所以奉劝大家以后不要找代理订酒店，只认钱。因为打了电话给酒店，酒店说代理同意腿他们没问题，但代理就是不同意。在携程上订的另一个酒店再反复沟通下给予取消了。这方面我觉得艺龙真的要从客户方面出发，做的更好。实在不是无缘无故取消，而且离入住还有一段时间，这种实属霸王条款，因为生病无暇去纠缠导致了挺大损失，也同时对艺龙，对代理方感到非常失望
