前台办入住流程太繁琐了，服务员来回跑三趟。服务员有冷风机享受，客人在干蒸！从服务台到电梯口标识不清找得费劲！希望改善！

如果是以度假为目标，我不推荐这个酒店。如果是商务或者短时间停留，那也还行。
先说好的地方:1.超级大，几个酒店组合起来的，多种选择。酒店里包括了购物、游乐场、餐饮，基本可以足不出户玩两天。2.卫生和床品等配置还可以，基本算舒适的。3.部分员工挺热情，积极帮忙，比如换房间时东西掉原来房间了，很快给我送过来。
再说不推荐的理由:1.空调严重不足，大堂和走廊没空调也就算了，有通风忍忍就过去了，受不了的是餐厅居然也没有，吃个饭像水里捞出来一样，房间里温度二十七八度下不来，根本没法睡。2.服务完全不规范，全靠热情。前台check-in时，一边给办理，一边在处理其他事，我和她说话爱理不理的。大堂门口全是黑车，一出门，马上黑车司机围上来，也没人管管，太影响酒店形象了。

房间像蒸桑拿，室温一直维持30度，老人孩子直喊受不了，换了个房间室温维持在28度，终于降了两度，这个酒店的空调也就这效果了，然后卫生间淋浴房门没法关，房间全是水，孩子老人各摔了一跤，极差极差
