一期二期的房子都是一样的。就是家具不一样，还有的房间朝向不一样，但是整洁干净，瑞逸服务好

瑞逸就是万科湖畔度假公寓的一期或者二期房子，大小布局都一样，就是有的家具和房子朝向不一样，一期的配套设备好，泳池公园都在一期。

西安雾霾大，带4个月宝宝来晒太阳，万科小区环境好，我住的一期山景，房间好，小区配套也好，有村民食堂，图书馆，游泳池，健身房，还有公园。舒服。唯一缺点是附近有工地。哈哈
