可能以往对天通的映像太好，连续几年都住在这里，但这次体验极差，入住13点左右.可能遇到退房高峰，前台告知打扫卫生需要1个小时，找前台理论，被告知酒店办理入住在15点以后。这种服务意识和霸王规定不知道是谁想出来的。旁边的海波村拆了以前热闹的夜市没有了只有一片工地，酒店路对店面的沙滩有蠓咬人特别厉害，酒店再这样的服务，以后实在找不到住的理由。

酒店总体性价比高，设施陈旧，但卫生不错。让我们印象最深刻的是大堂礼宾员黄进，礼貌热情，服务周到，让人感觉非常亲切，为他的敬业精神和服务点赞！

离海边近，房间很好，缺点是浴缸在阳台上可阳台没有帘子，只能穿泳衣泡澡😂
去沙滩的路上有一片穆斯林的墓地😱
还有晚上泳池边是自助晚餐用餐区，有歌手唱歌，然而唱得不好，基本都不在调上，好想投诉噪音污染，还好关上阳台门听不太清😓
早餐还可以，种类比较多，味道一般
