酒店所在的位置不繁华，离解放路繁华地段要做摩托车10元！酒店大堂和外饰不太好，给人感觉黑漆漆的！但房间还行，有窗有阳台，光线好，房间大，干净，第一天住，豪华情侣房，居然只有一套浴巾，不过自己带有，没关系了！客服人员态度好，服务不错！

酒店设施老旧不堪，厕所按钮居然按不下去，三个插座两个接触不良，电视没几个台，除了有地方停车，真的不推荐！

酒店的环境、卫生、房间设施、酒店位置挺好，下火车站坐车到酒店只有10几分钟，晚上还去步行街逛了一下，凤凰岛夜景的灯光很漂亮，第2天还去了，亚龙湾森林公园，很值了

这次出来带着14个月的宝宝，最看重的就是住的舒不舒适。当初在网上纠结了半天最后选择了新兴，看到了好评也看到了差评，一直到住进来心里都挺忐忑的。但是从机场过来的路上越靠近越欢喜，这里离的春园那边挺近的，没有之前看到的那种不好的情况，应该是酒店积极调整了吧。小朋友在屋子里也玩的很高兴，我也就放心了
