也不知道，评价里的差评是不是恶意的，我们住了两天，前台的服务员特好特温柔，送行李的小哥，因为我们带了孩子的原因，有送行李，有拉行李，定了4间房有个是三个人，还免费升级了房，我闺女的背心被我掉了屋里，找不到，前台美女帮我找了好久，真是谢谢她们

感谢前台王玉的热情服务，房间很干净，希望房间增加茶叶包。孩子非常喜欢酒店的小丑表演和泳池，非常温馨的旅行！

除了偏僻，都特别好。建议住在这就在这里玩好了，带孩子玩两三天渡个假还是不错的。如果是特意来看海住在这里不太理想，自驾还可以考虑。

酒店设施比较齐全，房间很干净，不用担心卫生问题。早餐还可以，是免费送的。就是周边没有什么，位置比较偏僻。比较建议家庭出行带孩子过来玩两三天，住在这里去看海或者去市区逛就不太建议了，路上花得时间太长，叫车也不方便。

这家酒店真的不错，服务好，环境好，是休闲度假的好场所。而且价格也不贵，性价比超高。下次去三亚，还准备住这家酒店。

整体都不错，干净舒适，服务好。有影院，超市，酒吧，咖啡厅等。入住还送了椰子券和电影票。儿童泳池也不错，孩子喜欢。
