当天晚上朋友送我去这酒店，我在大厅藤椅上坐下网上订房，藤椅侧的嚼过的口香糖粘上了我的裤子，很恶心，我找当班人员讨说法，她说是公共区域不关她们的事，我反复强调这是他们管理的问题，必须给我洗干净，她才电话她们的主管，她们主管说现在（晚上8点左右）没有人上班，第二天给我洗，并说洗的干净洗不干净她们就没有办法了。第二天直到我12点过退房她们也没有找我拿裤子去洗。房间的电视??也是摆设，衣柜的门也拉不开，这样的酒店如果不整改会让更多的人憋屈生闷气。
