来的时候说没有房间，后来前台刘花的沟通下，发现是误取消了，马上给我升级了180度海景房，原来定的豪华海景房已经没有了，前后10分钟不到，挺满意的

酒店价格整体在这一片还算不错之前嗯住过对面的温德姆价钱越高，然后选择了这个新开的18度兰酒店的环境整体来说，那如果是家庭出游，带孩子，我不太建议，因为设施不太全，但是如果是情侣的话我还是觉得挺好的，因为设施狠心，然后卫生间还有独立的嗯，洗衣间都挺好的。晚上看不清，我们订的是家庭套。住在12楼环境还算不错，整体嗯，楼底下有卖海鲜的，我们是定的外卖。

很干净的酒店，新开的，本来住了2晚上，后来又续加了一晚上，给升级了180度海景房。实物跟照片一样漂亮。房间不是特别大，不过毕竟是睡觉的地方，足够了。。前台服务人员态度很好，说话很好听。早餐也不错。。如果有机会再来三亚，还会入住的。给酒店提一点小建议：1、打扫房间的工作人员可以加强一下，因为有的地方没有彻底打扫到。2、床单没有每天更换。只是个人建议，只是想让酒店越来越好而已。图片是到那儿第一天拍的。

酒店不错，位置好靠近三亚湾，下楼就是海边，后面隔街就有餐厅和超市很方便，靠近机场，交通便利，当然靠近机场也有弊端，你知道的。
