服务员说话态度不好，12点之前给我们打电话，我们说续住，12.30左右我们在外面吃饭，给我打话，问我续住不，我说续住，服务员说那得在12点之前给前台打话，我说12点之前你们前台已经给我们打电话，我们告诉她了！服务员又说，那不行，你续住得在12点之前来我们前台再次提供身份证，又说了一堆这不行那不行的！哎！我告诉她我在吃饭，你愿怎么办怎么办吧！我们本来打算要包这家宾馆的一个家庭房，价昨天都和她们办公人员谈完了！现在我是一点也不想在这住了！这服务员说话命令的口气让人接受不了！

服务和环境没的说，别墅修得挺好的，有家的感觉，离机场近，交通方便，旁边就有吃饭的买东西的地方，挺不错，老板还免费升级了套间，棒
