酒店位置一般，门口就有吃东西的地方，大堂门口旁边早餐有米粉和兰州拉面之类的，吃的比较方便属于那种小炒类的家常菜品的餐馆吧，吃的地方不是那种环境很好的餐厅，凑合的话可以。去大菠萝步行两个站大概十五分钟到二十分钟左右，大菠萝里面很多吃的，环境也好，大菠萝对面有很多车去天涯海角或者南山寺，这次原本打算去大小洞天的，太赶而且时间可能凑不上九没去了，酒店的位置还可以，离坐车的地方不远，门口走100米就有公交站，很方便，外面看上去属于招待所重新装修后的酒店，比较干净，最重要的是性价比很高

不知道为什么至今在艺龙上用百度地图导航显示的地址还是不对，而且艺龙上的酒店电话是打不通的。这个酒店其实就是京韵海景度假酒店，为什么同样的酒店会有两个名字呢？入住后整体感觉还是不错的，性价比很高，离大东海景区比较近，同时附近也有商圈，吃饭和出行都比较便利。

各方面都比较满意，就是酒店里的早餐不敢恭维，有待加强，饮料小孩子喝了马上就吐了，不知道是水没有开还是什么原因
