入住时出了点小插曲，我们订的两间138平的套房，只剩了一间，为了致歉，经理亲自出马及时调整，给了两间小点的套房，另外赠送了晚餐BBQ，算是抚平我们受伤的心灵，经理棒棒哒，亲自出马，拿被子，提行李，那诚意足足被打动了。说说酒店环境：超安静，适合自驾，我们入住的套房更适合家庭，厨卫都很到位，擀面杖，面板，茶具，消毒柜，压面机，饸饹机都有，建议路标指示多设点，主要是高速在维修，其实出了高速还是很容易的找到。

因为设施和沙滩漂亮才推荐，交通实在真的很不方便！导航回酒店的路线位置也是错误的，不知道为什么酒店知道导航错的也不修改呢？位置确实还是比较偏远的

完全不是度假的地方！旁边又装修，垃圾成堆！自助早餐款式少而难吃，酒店不像酒店像是被关进一个还未完善好的小区…反正去了三次三亚度假，最郁闷的一次！
