酒店24小时都有人值班。早餐自助应该说中西餐结合，还可以。餐厅很棒，露天和室内结合，露天餐厅可以看风景。酒店环境好，围着酒店走一圈，可以看到各种热带植物，鲜花，很漂亮，还有小亭子和小瀑布。酒店前面是健身房和游泳池，游泳池分大人和小孩子的戏水池。酒店房间很宽敞，卫生间淋浴和卫生间分开。有阳台，最棒的是阳台上的大浴缸和沙滩椅，洗个澡，躺着看外面的风景很惬意。酒店在三亚市民旅游中心隔壁，公交站就200米距离，去各大景区、火车站，还有农贸市场都很方便。
