看网上评论都不错，三亚酒店太多不知道选择哪家，看着评论选了这家，果然没让人失望，酒店整体不错，设施好，酒店员工也很热情，门口的礼宾主动帮助搬行李，很暖心，前台的工作人员服务也很好的，一个姓郭的姑娘还各种调来调去，把我们4间房安排在了一个楼层，服务真的很到位，给大家推荐这家酒店。

每次来三亚都住，不过这应该是最后一次住这个酒店，艺龙金卡预定大多数酒店都是两点退房，唯独他家特殊，超过十二点服务员跟催命鬼一样，每隔几分钟一通电话，还威胁说扣半天房费420元，脑子没坑吧？我网订也就300，半天就要扣400＋？你要是不爽我们网订的你就别接受啊，接受了就摆正你的态度，没人欠你的，有能耐去找平台发泄，别找我们顾客，谢谢。
