住的家庭海景套房，超级棒，转美高梅后更觉得康年太棒了，无敌的海景，无敌的房间，后悔没有多住几天，没有去体验无边泳池，下次去海南，肯定选康年，服务生也很热情，总之就是很好

酒店早餐不好吃，东西很少，10点就没了！订房部电话态度很冷，餐厅服务员我们吃饭时多叫一声叫他帮忙收拾一下，发脾气了！！酒店不错，服务没有跟上！建议大家理解一下吧毕竟不是连锁酒店！

先说服务：前台接待还可以，客房清扫服务态度不错，楼顶泳池的安全员很负责任。餐饮和电梯偶遇的其他员工服务不够礼貌不够亲切，有待提高。
再提一下硬件：位置和设施很好！儿童游乐场很多玩的，但是希望玩的小房子滑梯浮土和球池里的其他物品及时擦一下和清理一下！楼顶的无边际泳池和透明泳池是特色！很棒的体验！
总体来说还是不错的，虽有待提高的，还是值得一住！
