在艺龙旅行网订的房子，最不愉快的入住酒店，环境差不说，连热水都没有，昨晚冲澡放水40分钟没有来热水，想着今天早上有热水，结果8点起床，放了2个小时，还是没有热水，空调也是坏的，打电话给艺龙客服人员，只会说调解，酒店前台去找说换房，去看了看热水也是个刚刚热，大人可以凑合着洗，但小孩就有点凉了，我订了13天的房，想退却被告知不好意思不能退，真想骂人，订两三天也就算了，这十几天怎么住，，环境差就不说了，可是这热水和空调再也无语了，从未住过这样闹心的酒店。

酒店条件：和旅馆一个档次，旁边就是飞机跑道，每晚两个小时没有飞机起降，洗手池居然没有热水
**，294这个价格没有热水，洗澡是太阳能的，白天不够热，晚上略有温感，艺龙眼瞎，实况大家看图。服务很勉强，没有服务意识。
总结，就是一旅馆，
总结，不是看不到海就过不去的话，过年别来三亚，这个时候，物价超载，吃饭排队，打滴滴排队，
