别墅非常棒！早餐也很好！是我最满意的两点！泳池不是循环水，这点不如三亚迎宾馆，第一天入住的时候水有点脏，不过电话后很快就来解决了。别墅自带独立Spa房间，不过这次没时间没用上。酒店内可以直接步行至美食街，有椰小鸡等网红餐饮店，还有一个大超市可以买啤酒零食和特产，特别方便！提个小意见：泳池烧烤六人起订有点可惜，是否可以按别墅人数去定制不同套餐呢，本来很想尝试，但四人别墅订六人套餐实在有点不划算～总体还是棒棒哒，前台小姐姐们也很认真负责，赞～

酒店的风格超喜欢，酒店很大，处处都是景。各种设施很齐全，健身房很赞。游泳池有三个，包括儿童泳池。不好的就是早餐也太简单了，比我想象的还简单。酒店位置距离免税店很近，打车起步价。有私人沙滩，但是不能下水，浪大，坡陡，沙粗。宾客关系主任Wendy从入住前到退房，一直都很热心帮忙，会很详细的介绍酒店，很棒！

说实话酒店环境特别好，走几分钟能到海滩，酒店旁边就是美食街，一直往前走可以走到免税店！可是办理入住的时候，前台不是很有耐心，我就多问了一句，海滩怎么走，前台回了一句：我刚给你看图了，你自己看……我无语，我第一次入住，不熟悉很正常，但是大门口的接待特别好，会跟我说：走楼梯能到海滩，走外面可以直接到美食街！特别好，很温馨的感觉…

此次国庆三亚入住的君悦酒店整体体验还是不错的。特别是接待美女小姐姐Hanna热情周到，还帮忙拿行李，晚上还送了水果。退房的时候送到电梯口。服务很到位的。女儿参加了蛋糕制作和树叶拓染课程学到很多。另外泳池派对女儿玩得也很开心，总的来说值得高分。
