太差劲了，我预订的房没有给我预留，却给我换了间建筑工地旁的客房，而且还是一楼的。我房都没进，直接就退房了。而且很奇怪，我在艺龙已经交钱的，可前台却跟我说跟他们没关系，要我另外交钱，这是什么鬼。
