先说一下环境，在碧海蓝天小区内，下楼走到海边4分钟，这点很赞，躺在床上或者在阳台上看海景视角很不错，虽然前面有一栋楼遮挡，但这个价位已是超值！尤其是晚上在阳台晚餐的同时欣赏三亚湾夜景，绝对超过夜游三亚湾的游船。
再来说卫生，前四张照片是我进屋的时候的状况，摇摇欲坠的木质架子带着残破的衣架，上手一摸一层土，拖鞋两双，带着上位客人的记忆～男士拖鞋上没有头发，无奈我只好拿这里的牙刷和洗头水现场刷洗后开水烫后使用。在烧水时看到水壶已尘封的记忆～走到床边看到台灯，也依旧是岁月静好～就这种卫生状况，实在难以给多好的评价～～至于洗漱用品和毛巾，牙刷柔韧性很好，进嘴就弯曲……毛巾不敢使用，只能说如果你不在乎这些，如果你很勤劳，那么这里还是可以选择的，否则，还是飘过吧。

每年冬季去三亚都会住在这家，老板服务很好，能接送机，不过车小人多接不了。海景房的阳台面朝大海，景色不错。气候舒适，适合冬季久居。

周边环境很好，小区正门过路就是海滩浴场，我看见有穿泳衣出小区的～市场，饭店，超市，医院 附近都有。就是室内设施有待更新，

离海边很近的，其实交通很方便，刚开始预订的时候我还在担心不好找路就订了一个晚上，房间跟图片上没太大差别，可能就是小区有点旧了，前台小姑娘人挺和善，有什么问题线路都能问。这几天天气不错，都不用开空调，我住的园景房看不到海，明天换个海景房再叫个外卖在阳台看海吹海风倒是很好。
