第二次入住了，因为人在外地，提前预订了套房，临时来不到要求取消订单，先联系了网络，网络说酒店不同意取消，后面又自己试着联系了一下酒店，前台一个男孩子直接说：要取消各家联系网络，联系我们爪子呢？满口的四川话，态度恶劣，如果不行你就好好给我说就是了，我又不欠你家一分钱，什么叫做给客人宾至如归的感觉？是像做酒店行业的人吗？
