酒店虽然陈旧一些，但是也不失曾经的辉煌……地理位置优越，入住体验还是蛮舒适的，就是服务员态度不行……果真跟其他网友评论一样……跟三亚国际滨海城市建设显得有点格格不入……希望今后提升服务质量

前台服务很差，有个服务员我们说是在网上订房的她说她不懂去问另一个女的，问了另一个女的说是传真还没有过来不能给我们开房。速度特别的慢，等了20分钟订了4间其中一间A512我先生进去看房间打扫特别的脏还有血迹，请问这家酒店是普通的招待所吗服务员没有打扫房间前台就可以给客人开房？我也是做酒店也住过很多小酒店也没有发生过这种情况。实在太差了这是我最敏感的。不可能介绍朋友过去住，有机会我还是会投诉这家酒店。
