在同程订的，到前台后，才知道是副楼，没电梯。因带86岁老妈出行，爬楼可不行，通过协商补了差价，住上了主楼带电梯的标准间，酒店设施，环境，服务，卫生都很好。还有早餐。酒店地理位置不错，交通四通八达，步行到海边只需3，5分钟。还有大菠萝超市。非常方便。满意。感谢同程。

这价格的房间性价比太差，副楼一层就厨房，二层就员工宿舍，房间有蟑螂，窗户有耗子，电视放不了，打总台男服务生说不知道咋办。早上鸡蛋居然没煮够。就是挨着大东海公共海滩，主楼可能是标准管理

订的雅致双标，在3楼，到店前台居然说给我换5楼的豪华房，不加钱，我们不换，准备用5楼的豪华房换3楼，然后叫我们加20元，这前台服务员也太没诚意了吧，让人感觉不舒服，虽然酒店位置还不错。
