住： 要求不靠马路的套房，所以还是很安静的。卫生间很大
食： 自助早餐种类较多，不提供加热牛奶，顾客一多，服务好像有点乱。因浦江观光游船无晚饭，回酒店吃了回晚餐，感觉炒面不是现炒的，类似加热下而已，且面条吃完，点的汤也没上，最后只好取消，这让长辈很不开心，酒店这方面服务差！

房间不错，客房服务很到位，态度好，前台也不错，但是，早餐实在不敢恭维，人多时，什么也没有，碗碟没有及时补充，导致客人站着看，没有办法拿取食物。
