第一天预订的三个大床，给我们免费升级到了别墅，第二天我们换到三人套房，房间硬件设备相对差一些，厨房没有厨具提供，需要自己带，最最重要的一点是，当天入住别墅，宝宝的行李箱内的衣服和一双鞋子落在别墅里了，第二天打扫的人居然说没有，严重投诉酒店诚信问题，我敢百分百确定就在别墅内，居然说没有
