在艺龙预定的是酒店最好的房间,并支付全部房款!结果提供的是业主委托租赁的房间,而且不是全景房,根本不给什么说法,连差价也不给找,入住当天房间电话不能用,第2天开始连浴巾都不提供,甚至有一天连毛巾都不提供,而且房间有蚊子,也不主动提供蚊香片,总之很郁闷!
